I am an LPCC-S (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor) and earned my Ph.D. from The Ohio State University. I believe in helping others become more self-aware, authentic, and empowered in their lives, helping clients increase motivation to reach their personal goals. I believes in challenging clients to become more reflective and authentic and to try new skills in order to increase well-being.

I have extensive teaching and clinical experience helping others overcome life struggles and achieve success. I have taught classes focused on success and critical thinking and bring this professional knowledge into my clinical work. I also love the power of story and understanding how we all shape our narratives and how we can change them. I work with adults, teenagers, and couples.
